I think it is something to do with the background color. How and where can i change the background color header for this specific device/resolution?

@media only screen and (max-width: 768px){
#header {
    background: #323232!important;
}
}

You can simply change it to:

@media only screen and (max-width: 1017px){
#header {
    background: #323232!important;
}
}

in order to cover that extra resolution breakpoint. :)
