Rev slider is generally not very strong in having everything resize automatically in small screen, it does some math, usually additional custom styling is needed in order to enhance the output (or hide elements in responsive when none can be applied).
Basically you can play around with custom CSS with media queries if you are willing to go for it. I can also send you the latest version of the slider if you are interested – 5.06, it has some more tweaks you can do to responsive slides. Let me have your mail if that is the case. :)
