<p>I hope this message finds you well. I am currently experiencing a critical issue with my WordPress website, getasound.com, which uses the Fortuna theme. I recently returned from vacation and didn&#8217;t make any changes, nor did anyone else make any modifications to the site. However, I am now encountering a major problem where all the pages are displaying blank white screens, and it seems like the Fortuna theme is no longer functioning correctly.</p>
<p>When I attempt to edit a page, I no longer see the Fortuna theme&#8217;s editing interface. Instead, I see a large block of text, making it impossible to make any updates or changes to the website. I have tried troubleshooting the issue by deactivating and reactivating plugins, but this hasn&#8217;t resolved the problem. Additionally, I have updated both WordPress and all the plugins to their latest versions, but the issue persists.</p>
<p>This issue specifically affects the getasound.com website. Strangely, I also have another website, blog.getasound.com, which is using the same Fortuna theme, and everything is functioning normally on that site. The page editing interface still includes WP Bakery.</p>
<p>I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue on the getasound.com website as it&#8217;s impacting our online presence and user experience. Please let me know how we can proceed to diagnose and fix this problem.</p>

<p>First off &#8211; I see you have some JS errors on your front end, please address those first, find out what causes them and amend, as the menu and other front end functionalities are obviously affected.<br />
About the backend &#8211; you need to provide your user/pass so I can take a look.<br />
First off I would check my server logs though to see what scripts are causing the white screens (what URLs are affected btw?). Those can be found in your hosting-dashboard!<br />
Please share them as well!</p>

<p>I&#8217;m glad to hear that the background display issue seems to have been resolved after uninstalling and reinstalling the theme. Also, removing the cache plugin, which was likely causing problems after the recent WordPress and theme updates, was a good troubleshooting step.</p>
<p>However, it appears that there is now an issue with the display of the carousel module in your theme. <p>You should address the JS errors on the page, the carousel breaks due to the JS errors and its execution breaks. As you can see in the Dev Tools JS conole the owlCarousel library is not loaded for some reason.<br />
I would start removing plugins and remain with a bare theme functionality in order to find our where the collision occurs, make sure you also deactivate the cache plugin if you have any. It&#8217;s weird that the preview works, are you sure the Cache has been correctly purged for the home page?</p>

<p>Even with only the Fortuna theme and its recommended plugins activated, the carousel issue remains unresolved. It&#8217;s possible that there might be an underlying compatibility issue with the latest theme version.</p>
<p>Could you please provide more specific guidance on how to proceed from here? I&#8217;m eager to resolve this problem and ensure the smooth functioning of the carousel module.</p>
