Your biggest issue seems to be the rev slider, first off remove the “particles_animation” ID from that row, not a good idea to mix up a slider and the particles animation plugin.
Then it seems to be a common problem for Rev slider and RTL to have things shifted, you can search for some online solutions of fixing the slider under RTL.
As for the theme issues – the tilted row – try to use the default VC functionality for equal height columns under Row options instead of the equal_height_column classes.

Matter of fact the issues with disalignment were caused by you setting up the Row widths incorrectly. You should stick to using the first tab in Row settings for setting a full width row and when having a Rev slider you don’t need to set it to full width as it’s taking care of its full width positioning by itself.
As for the icons in the dividers I have added this CSS to your RTL version of the page so they align properly in the middle to override the default behavior:
