If not supported by settings, i do know how to alter the template files, just need some guidance on how to retrieve and display the menu items individually instead of calling wp_nav_menu.

No such option out of the box in Fortuna.
You would still need to use the wp_nav_menu in your child theme but maybe reorganize the items with the logo inside via Javascript… :)
That’s what we do in our Alea theme that has this option.
