My main page is not adjusting to the options set in Theme Options.
1. Typography
I changed all options to Open Sans. I can see that in other pages the Headers, Body, etc changed to this font.
The main page – Body text changed to Open Sans. But Headers stays odd. Thin and High like not Open Sans for sure. I don’t know how to check what font is it. When I inspect element (I’m not a programmer at all…) I can see for header that does not look like Open Sans (main page):

2. Theme Option -> Main Navigation
“I have Search Field in the Header” ON. It doesn’t show up on Main Page. It shows on any other pages (blog, contact, etc). Why?

3. Where can I change the font for Footer? It looks like also Headers in footer changed from Open Sans to other font. Not sure if I paste the right information but this is what I see under Inspect element.

The fonts should inherit from the fonts you pick in the theme options.
Which font did you use there? I am assuming you are following the guides here:

I removed them and all is set now. I also reduced the size of your logo so that it fits better, it was way too big.
