Check if your Toggle – View is ON (last button on the first line of icons).

You try upgrading your includes/shortcodes.php and your js/customcodes.js, make sure you backup and Merge them if you have made changes to them. Let me know if that does it for you. I would also merge the stylesheet.css file! :)
