Hi,

I am not able to edit pages as the drag & drop visual composer thing is not appearing. Please help.

I was trying to update the plugins. i followed the procedure and updated it but it still showing is is old version. pls see the images. please help

Yes just now I updated the theme and plugins like your asked. Still No solution.

while updating the plugin now asking to activate license. clicking it took me to themeforest login page and when logged in it said no license found. Please help. I need to update the site asap.

I don’t see such prompt… where is it?
Anyway, even if you see it you should be able to close it and not worry about it, you get a free copy of the plugin with the theme (even though you don’t get a personal license).

Hi Again,

Yesterday everything was fine. But today whenever I make some update to page- add profile of staffs, add photo, social media links etc- the moment I click ‘save’ the window disappears and the page freezes(kind of hangs) for some minutes. some times ‘update’ button of page stays disabled.

What might be the problem!!

Hi there,

Is your page really heavy on content?
A similar thing happens to me when a page is too heavy, since Visual composer is based on Javascript it sometimes freezes for a few seconds (depending on your PC performance too).

Hi guys,
VC doesn’t appear for me anymore for some reason – it’s as if there’s no content in there but the code can be seen in Classic mode.

I’ve deleted and re-installed both VC and Paralax but it hasn’t made any difference.

Any ideas what else I need to do?
