It’s kind of crazy but when I add content to the page and everything loads fine until I get to the last paragraph. I hit update to have a look at the service page in the browser and everything disappears after refresh. If i delete that paragraph save and refresh, everything reappears. Even when I put one word in on that next para line, it makes everything disappear and when I delete the one word, it all comes back.

It’s almost like there’s a word or character limit on the page, any suggestions on what could be causing this?

Make sure you don’t have any JS errors on the page as that’s when the animations break for fading content in. If you are using IE browser you may have other issues, which one are you using?
