The parallax overlay has a bug where the overlay is only applying to what is visible on page load. You can see it happen on http://fellerealestate.com/communities/ where the images have the overlay but when you scroll down you don’t see it on the rest of the page.

Hi Kevin,

The overlay is a bit tricky, I see all the ones on you page but I have seen glitches with it too. It is a part of the Parallax & Video backgrounds for VC and you should bear in mind that overlays only apply to backgrounds that are part of that plugin (ones that are set via the 3rd and 4th tabs of the Row element). I generally advice you to use the default VC background capabilities (first and second tab) as they work much better and faster. I would even set my image to contain the overlay in photoshop then set it as a regular Row bgr, it would load much better and the website will work faster. It’s still a good option to have the overlay though, I use it for videos etc.
Which of these Rows (on your page) is problematic for you btw?

It just depends on what part of the page you look at when you load. All the images except the top one with the bridge should have the overlay.

Strange, I see them just fine. Can you try and change the “Pattern Scroll Effect” and try again? I remember Chrome had some issue with Static BGR images that the plugin vendor also reported and they advised on changing the option.
