When I add the Person short code into teh page the pictures are stretcht.
I does not look nice at all. What am I doing wrong?

How about you create a few columns and place the Person short codes in them as your image are to small for full width, for example:

Another thing, a square image would be an image with equal width and height, yours are rectangle (width is larger). :)
