You can set explicit size for each Fortuna Heading element you add to your page under the “Design” tab when you edit it. If you don’t set this value explicitly the default will be used. You can see the defaults in your style.css file:

h1 { font-size: 36px; }
h2 { font-size: 27px; }
h3 { font-size: 20px; }
h4 { font-size: 17px; }
h5 { font-size: 16px; }

Of course you can overwrite those in your Child theme or via Theme Options -> Custom styles or via Page Settings as well.
