I Used portfolio grid shortcode from Visual Composer, but item listing not working stable.
I try date, ID, title and name method but something wrong for me.
Please help me.

Make sure you pick ‘title’ under “‘Order By’ Clause” and ASC under Order.
That should do it, by default they are ordered by date. :)

So element 5 aligns below element 3 as it’s shorter!
Make sure you use uniform image sizes or tick the thumbnails to be used (under the Images tab)!
