another problem: i have set a white border to the page using this code:
border-top: 30px solid #fff;
border-left: 30px solid #fff;
border-right: 30px solid #fff;
border-bottom: 30px solid #fff;
as you can see it works perfectly on desktop and tablet device, but with smartphone there is some problems:

I think you missed out on setting the hover color for your transparent menu as well.
AS for the other question… the mobile nav is set absolutely on mobile so it doesn’t reflect the border the way you expect it. I would simply disable this effect on mobile (apply the border on larger screens only) as there’s hardly any space on mobile to add that white border.
