the WPML-language switcher works perfectly on desktop version. But responsive (several smartphones) the language switcher doesn`t work.

Of course the theme supports sub-menus, you can see our Demo in mobile.
What I assume is happening is simply this:

The Custom menu walker that the theme uses gets run before the hook of WPML that attaches the dropdown to the menu.
You can add me to your correspondence with them so I can ask them how their hook can be attached with a higher precedence than the custom Menu Walker. My mail is contact@blueowlcreative.com
