The reason your tabs are not working is they are both in the same element in the editor and currently the way the Javascript is targeting them they need to be in different elements in order for them to be differentiated correctly.
Solution is simple, simply place one of them in a DIV element and you will be fine. Like so (in the TEXT editor, not VISUAL, as VISUAL doesn’t show the DIVs):

And yes, you are correct, it is a bug after all and we will fix it in a later version! :)
