I am surprised to see that there is no mention of how to a get a refund on here. I purchased the Fortuna theme on Sunday and have not enjoyed using it at all. Is it possible to have my money refunded please. I was hoping to use some of the prebuilt pages to edit and use as my own but this seems way more complicated than it needs to be.

Getting a refund is not a theme support forum topic, you should ask one at the marketplace – Envato.
As for using the Theme we can surely help if you are struggling with any of the elements or pages, the Visual Builder is pretty straightforward and it really is rather easy to use, if you are a first time user you will surely have a bit of a learning curve but it will surely pay back in time. :)
Did you manage to import the theme demo yet? Edited, played around with some of the content?
