You can add this class to your large headings “text_44_on_mobile” so they scale down in responsive. It’s explained here:

You rev slider – by default it does its own math to scale things, you can play around with that though. It has a few modes you can edit, check layers “Behavior” tab.
You can also hide things under some resolutions etc… You can browse through their tuts and documentation they have great examples etc.
