Hi,

We have a site built on the Aqua theme, and the search field in the header isn’t working. The site is at:

http://www.asfb.com.au/

When you click in the search field it attempts to go and search the null value before giving you a chance to type in a search term.

Any clues?

Quick heads up, you might want to add some top margin to this specific page as your content and sidebar go way off into your navigation…Add this to your Custom Styles in Theme Options:

.post-248.page {
margin-top: 30px;
}

You also might want to remove the border of your slider as it makes it fall out of bounds.

Now to your question, Indeed this is strange, have you added any plugins/scripts to your installation that might be causing it? As this is definitely not the initial behavior?

Thanks for your reply, you pointed me in the right direction.

I disabled all plugins, but that still did not make it work. Then activated them again one at a time and when I reconnected the Jetpack plugin to the account the search field behaved as expected again.

Cheers!
