I would start by checking the logs and see what the actual error is. This happened after Rev slider update?

There were no updates that I’m aware of, unless wordpress did an auto update.

After the error we went through and updated everything, but updates did not fix the problem.

So with the errors on the site, I’ve been looking over the current plugin and theme versions. First, I checked the theme version and it was outdated (currently version 3.00, new version 3.20). So I tried updating it manually on the staging and it actually half way fixed the page. It removed the critical error message and text on the page started working, but the sliders were just showing as shortcodes. Once I had the updated theme installed, there is a new plugin/extension that is required for the theme, but once it is activated, everything appears to work properly.

With the Rev Slider and Parallax plugins, they are both outdated and require updates, but the licenses are showing as not active. Does this theme provide active license keys for their plugins (both look to be used by the theme so usually the licenses are auto updated by the theme developer on their end). But once we have the license active for both plugins, we should be able to update these too.
