Really enjoying the template, but I’m new to WP and it’s a little daunting. However, all is going well except -when I change the sticky header color under main navigation to white it stays teal on the homepage and changes correctly other pages. I’m using the full video slider demo page as my homepage. How can I change the homepage sticky header color?

Being new to WP and WP themes is challenging, it’s normal to have a learning curve, it will pay back in time though, once you get used to it you will be creating slick pages in no time.
Let’s see here, which page is your current home page? May I see your URL please?
Have in mind that for the sake of the demo some page have explicit CSS set under the Page Settings (the COG icon) so that some of theme capabilities are demonstrated, you should clear those and set your Global settings from Theme Options and Appearance->Customize.
