So let’s see the best way to do that is I think use some custom CSS. You can add your menu items (En/Es) custom classes. Then assign the CSS for those classes to have the flag images as backgrounds in your Child theme CSS. Let me see how far you got, your URL please?

Also, could you please recommend a theme for my other business http://www.wkftrading.com, I want to revamp that site and add a lot of content, I would like something like fortuna. Maybe I will use Fortuna for this company as well.

As for advising for a theme… I wouldn’t be a good judge + I am biased, I would be happy if you feel comfortable enough with Fortuna after while to see how powerful and versatile it can be and decide to use it for more projects. :)
