subheader not showing on only the home page

The subheader info shows on every other page but the home page. My questions are not being replied to in your forum, how can one get help about this theme anywhere?

Check where you added this:

.full_header {
    opacity: 0;
}

Possibly in the theme options or in the Page inline CSS, the Page Settings??

Thanks! I have checked and there it was, though, we have never put that in so looks like you ship the theme with that setting.
