Indeed something is changing the opacity of the tabs to 0.049375 ?! :)
Really strange indeed, doesn’t sound like a js-composer issue, can you try to some simple tabs on a Temp page?

I managed to finally login.
After inspecting the page again and your plugins I think there’s a collision with one of them and the Parallax and Video Backgrounds for VC plugin. Try deactivating your other plugins one by one until you reach the one that is causing this opacity problem. You also get a lot of JS errors in the editor (you can turn on your console with F12 while editing a page to see them) which are most likely also due to the plugin collision you have.
Disable all but the theme plugins and enable yours one by one until you find the one causing the problem. Let me know how it goes! I will be away for the weekend but will gladly look into this again Monday if you still need me to! :)
