Hi,

After installation, I’m having issues with Theme options and main navigation menu.
- When I go to the theme options sections, the page takes ages to display and when it displays, I do not have the four tabs as seen in the documentation (Main, Main navigation, Subheader, Transparent Header). Instead, all these sections are on the same page, one after each other. And some settings are not available, like for example I can’t enter any values in “sticky header background color” or “Transparent Header Main Navigation Hover Text Color”. Maybe something went wrong with the installation, I had to do it a second time after changing my server ressources.
- The second thing I try to do is set the header as your demo (http://preview.themeforest.net/item/fortuna-responsive-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/12496833), which means with logo on left-hand side and menu at the right.
Thanks a lot for your help!

Hi there,

I think something is wrong with your HTTPS settings, check your JS console.
Make sure you fix that with your administrator and go on then.
As for setting your header to be full width, it’s a simple CSS you can add to either your Theme options -> Custom css or your child theme’s CSS file:

#header .container {
    width: 90%;
}
.container.mega_menu_holder {
    width: 100% !important;
}

Ok thanks. I have not enough knowledge to check the JS console. What I know for the moment is that the SSL certificate is still self-signed as I need to wait for the final domain name transfert: for the moment I’m using a temporary url. Could this be the problem?
Thanks a lot for your help!

Might be it, you can activate the JS console by hitting F12 on your keyboard if using chrome, it will show a bunch of errors in your case that are related to the certificate! Good luck!
