We’ve created a tabbed page with built-in Wp Bakery Time Line.
When the page loads fully, the active tab shows the timeline correctly, but the passive ones are not.

We are not familiar with the plugin but from what I see in your live page the height of the tab content doesn’t get calculated correctly and stays at 0 even after the tab is enabled.
You should ask the vendors of the plugin for assistance, basically it’s the TABs that need to be aligned with the timeline plugin, are those tabs a separate plugin as well?
