I have recently added a new page to my site:

https://goddards-landscape.co.uk/jobs/

As you can see there is a title called ‘Jobs’ at the top. This matches the style of the titles on any of the other pages. However for the ‘Jobs’ page there is a bigger gap between the banner image and the title than the others. I have checked all of the settings on the rows etc. and it exactly matches the other pages so it doesn’t make sense why it doesn’t preview the same. Do you know why this might be?

It seems that you added a -20px margin-top to the rows that contain your heading in the other pages. ;)

There is nothing set like this in the classic editor, if I click to backend editor the code says:

However I never use the backend editor so I must have applied the CSS elsewhere but I don’t know where because there is no custom CSS added to the page?
