Hello,

My products all have two windows opening when you click them, here is an example:

http://wip.dvmobiweb.com.s181553.gridserver.com/product/superluxe-mat

I have a product image set on this one, and nothing else. On others I have a product and gallery image, it does this on all of them. How can I get only one window to pop up when users click the picture?

Thanks!

Hi,

Looks like you have the image in the product description and it has an event to open a lightbox that kicks in when you click the normal product image. How did you achieve that?

On the link above I have an image in the visual side of the editor, and the same one uploaded as the product image. After removing it from the visual editor it also removed it from the product description, so that’s how that’s happening. I’m not sure what opens the lightbox.
Clicking the product image still brings up 2 boxes though.

Hi,

Simply have the image set within the product image designated place. Within the editor (visual) just type in your product description. That should resolve it.
