The theme “breaks” in what way?
We are aware of a few issues, no critical ones though.
We are already working on an update, it will take awhile though as the Core of Visual Composer plugin has changed a lot of things that need to be adjusted prior to all other theme updates.

It seems VC needs 1.53 Version of Parallax Backgrounds to work smoothly..
