I downloaded the new zipped package and I do not see any documentation on Updating the Theme in the files.

You are right, I shall include it in the documentation as well.
Basically you need to overwrite the files that have changed (they are listed in the documentation). If you have done any changes on theme though, that you would like to preserve you can use WinMerge to combine the 2 versions in one!

In the documentation, it says, these files have changed. So, are these the ONLY files I need to upload?

•stylesheet/stylesheet.css
•header.php
•includes/shortcodes.php
•includes/theme_options.php
•js/customcodes.js
•js/common.js

Also, in the documentation it says “Latest Revolution Slider”. I am guessing I need to upload/update the “revslider” plugin by uploading “revslider.zip” as well, correct?

In WP, can I just just go to Themes> Add New and then Upload the “Teraa.zip” folder? Will that work? If Yes that will work, Will it rewrite all my settings in Terra Theme Options?

Yes, these are the files that have changed in the latest version, you can manually copy them over or update the whole new theme. You will lose the changes/customizations you have made to any of the files obviously, that’s why I suggested you use winmerge (of course if you have changed anything at all). No theme options won’t be lost.
Yes, you can update your slider by clicking update, then uploading the new revslider.zip. Make sure you make a backup of everything just in case, there are good backup plugins out there! :)
