Great theme!

One quick question…can I update only the files that are listed in the changelog separately instead of overwriting the entire theme? I would like to update one file at a time and see if anything breaks the site.
My client’s site has some weird stuff done to it that I adopted and I am apprehensive about updating. ;)

Sure, Just to be on the safe side make sure you back up everything in advance.
Also you can use an app like Winmerge to see the changes in files and merge them if you need. :)

I have to log out to see the updates.

First off the Savia Theme doesn’t work with Visual composer, not sure what you mean by not seeing the backgrounds, send me login details so i can see what’s going on. :)
