Ok, maybe it’s not possible to resolve this issue. But, normally, we can use the Placeholder option to display a single image instead of the video if it’s on a mobile.

I dont want to have to erase the header on desktop beacause the mobile can”t display it correctly. I also tried to remove the content only on mobile but it’s only possible for the content inside the row and not on the row directly. then on mobile, i still get a huge grey background and that’s really cheap.

I can’t imagine there is no solution for that.

No video background ever really plays under mobile. Mobile devices have limited support for video that’s why a fallback is always used for video backgrounds when it comes to them. If you ever used any themes before or visited a website with a video bgr you would have come across this already… :)

Simply think of an image fallback for your Video background – that’s the universal approach.

Yes i understand but, till this week-end, the image placeholder doesn’t work properly as usual with Visual Composer.

I’ve found the solution by placing a background in the design tab instead of the image background option.
