I’ve stumbled across a couple more issues.

The video background functionality does not work in revolution slider. I had issues with this several weeks ago but never had time to address. I’ve only just started looking at this again now and the problem is still there even after I updated theme and revolution slider. I’ve also tried installing your demo sliders but they didn’t even work.

The original problem was rev slider would load the backup image first then try to load the video 2nd…so the backup image would appear briefly then the video would try to load…it appeared very glitchy/shoddy. Even the video sometimes failed to load completely or was very slow. Now it’s not working at all…no video loading and it’s showing pause/play button from your demo slides even with controls turned off…very strange.

Also there appears to be a problem where there’s duplicate logos in the mobile responsive design following theme update. http://prntscr.com/97xjoq

The Video in the slider… How are you viewing it? I can see you are applying some mobile device. NEed your URL with the actual video slider on it.

The Demo ones don’t work as you don’t have access to my URL’s video as the video doesn’t come with the theme! Do you have your video files set somewhere and ready to use that you apply in your slider?

The logo problem… you have some inline CSS in theme options:

display: inline-block;
width: 100%;
}

Please remove it and try again.

Then it goes to black solid background then finally loads video after a few seconds.

This looks a bit too unprofessional for my liking and was hoping to either show preloader then load video instantly (no other images loading) once downloaded or show video first before loading anything else on the page.

What’s going on here, do you know? Or what options do I have to better display video?

Currently something is wrong with your CSS so the whole page breaks… might want to look into it.

As for the Rev slider’s functionality, that’s what it is, it’s a third party plugin and we are not responsible for its properties/experience, I really don’t think it’s an issue though.
An alternative would be to have a regular Row background video /either hosted or youtube/.

Anyway I’m seeing the site fine my end so maybe it’s cloudflare issue caching site? I’ve just cleared cache now anyway.
