Hi there,

Videos never show on Mobile devices due to limited support, that’s why the fallback image comes to help. Make sure you pick a big enough image for your fallback … It really depends on how big your Row is though. What’s your URL in question?

Could you really explain where to use this fallback image?
In row settings under General tab I use video background. Additionally I use placeholder image under Background tab. Unfortunately the image does not show on my mobile device (same as the video). The video plays OK on my desktop version of the web.
By the way – is there any mobile version of this Fortuna website?

Hi there,

Sure, that’s the way the default Visual composer video background works. You set the video bgr under General tab, then the fallback image under the Design Options tab.
Please note that the last 2 tabs (Background and Effect) are added by the “Parallax & Video bgrs for VC” plugin and they are to be used separately than the default VC functionality.
For example if you want to use that instead, remove the ones mentioned first (in the first 2 tabs) then set your Backgruond video via the Background Tab!
