What can I do? because if I disable the plugin I’ve done everything disappears and I can not stop because I can not get active to dashboard.

You are most likely getting an error of some sort. You can see what the error is by enabling Debug mode in your wp-config.php file.
We shall soon be releasing the 4.4 fully compatible theme version. :)

First off these are just warnings/notices – you should not have them ON on your production website (make sure your debug mode is OFF in your wp-config and you don’t show warnings/notices on your server – you can check your server settings for this).

They are not even related to the theme – as you can see they are produced by the Core functions.php file. :)

As for the Helvetica message – make sure you see how fonts are included:

and if another active theme appears well so I think it has to do with fortune on specific topic with the visual composer pluggin

You simply need to switch off your server Notices/Warnings. This is different than errors.

You need Visual composer, yes, leave it on, you should have 4.8.1 running with fortuna.
Are you running on localhost or on a hosting somewhere?
