My visual composer does not add any element and does not show the screen to modify the existing elements. The only new plugin added the wp-maintenance mode, I deactivate it and the problem continues.

After Updating your theme to v2.00, make sure you also update your Visual Composer + Parallax & Video backgrounds for VC plugins. To update those deactivate & Delete them, the theme will then automatically ask you to Install them again, go ahead and do so in order to have the latest versions!
