When I go to edit a page on my site, the visual composer (WPBaker) is not showing any of the content. We have tried deactivating/activating plugins, but it did not work. We also tried deactivating/deleting the plugins, then reinstalling them, bud that did not work either.

WordPress 4.9.4 running Fortuna Child theme
Fortuna 2.10
WPBakery 5.4.5

Any thoughts?

Very strange, never seen this happening before, not without a JS error or anything wrong on the page, also disabled some of the plugins to eliminate a possible collision. Do you remember when this occurred, what changed? Thanks!

PS: The classical editor works ok, I know it’s hardly an option but if it’s something small you need to change for the time being until we eliminate the issue…

We can usually see some sort of error and then can fix it by deactivating plugins or other widgets.

Unfortunately, I’m not exactly sure when it happened or what changed. :(

Could it be because we don’t have a direct license for WPBakery Page Builder? Did they change their policy or anything like that? We never had a direct license, but instead just used it as part of the Fortuna theme.

Would you like me to forward the issue and credentials to the VC vendors so they could have a look, possibly they could find out more?
