Sounds like you want to change your index.php template, this is the template that lists Posts, in your blog, in a category, in search etc. You should edit that and reorganize the way things are arranged inside of it. As you can see currently its Post image, Post title, some meta info, then excerpt. What you could do edit the “foreach” post to display like:
(COLUMN with image) + (COLUMN with title + meta + excerpt)… that is totally up to you though. Good luck! :)
