Hi there,

As you have prolly found out all the Woo Commerce code of the theme is found at the bottom of the functions.php + woocommerce.php template that basically structures the way products should be structured on a page. Micro – structuring (within the product box) is still done at the WooCommerce Core level. That said you should either change your WooCommerce default code (which I wouldn’t do as messing with the Core will haunt you in the future) or find a way to change the output by playing with Woo’s hooks/methods.

http://docs.woothemes.com/document/hooks/

Here’s also some on how to get the custom fields data:

http://www.remicorson.com/mastering-woocommerce-products-custom-fields/

Good luck!
