I’ve added the new VC downloaded from this link, removed the old composer, added this one and now I have this error message on the pages when I want to add any new page, a product, a post. Also I don’t have any possibility to add anything the page.

I have everything updated: WordPress to 5, the theme and all the plugins.

I use it on the staging website now.

Can you try to disable all plugins one by one to see if it’s a conflict of some sort?
