The plugin is not installed already. I tried reuploading the demo data and it still failed. Please help. Thanks!

How are you installing the plugin? Following the documentation?
If yes, you might be having an installation of the plugin already. MAke sure you remove it either manually via FTP or from your plugins section and try again. :)
