So you can edit your header.php (I would create a copy of it in my Child theme and modify it there). Add the shortcode for your WPML dropdown there – around line 224 before the 2 closing divs:

Then we go with styling from there.

FTP access is through the FTPS protocol.

Please select the FTPS protocol (usually represented as either FTP over SSL or FTP over Explicit TLS. i.e. FTPES). The FTP port is always port 21.
