Hi, Recently I noticed that my meta description was no longer being taken from Yoast SEO plugin but loading mainly from Aqua theme.

The website in question is http://www.grahammillsbuilders.co.uk and when I change to TwentySeventeen it loads the Yoast meta descriptions, taglines etc perfectly. If you view the source code you can see the issue is the header file but im unsure how to fix this.

Any help is really appreciated as its affecting my search results and not showing up properly on Google

Thanks,

Did you allow Yoast to override the default theme header? I remember there was an option to do so, it overrides your theme META tags in the header.php template for you…
