This is a regular warning that Yoast plugin has, it basically informs you that if you want to overwrite the default theme “description” meta tag you need to confirm this.
Clicking on the “FIX IT” button will have YOAST automatically comment out this bit from your header.php:

<meta name=”description” content=”<?php bloginfo(‘description’); ?>” />

and this is perfectly fine. Once “fixed” you will no longer be using the default theme “description” meta tag but the YOAST one instead.
