I have disabled all plugins except bulletproof security i have contacted the developer to check to see if that is causing the issue.

I have updated all permalinks also by resaving it and changing the permalink strucuture saving it and then resaving it to the original one no luck either.

Where can I give you my site credentials so you can log in

Sounds like your permalinks are simply not set right, make sure you switch them back to default for starters! :)
