Any ideas how we can incorporate this with Fortuna? My thought was maybe we can do the splash pg in Muse and then save out the html/css/js info into a folder, put that on the backend of the Fortuna site and reference the code into the WP site as the ‘prehome’ code info. would that work??

Indeed, this is simply SVG animating with JS.
There’s quite a few JS libraries that help you do this… check this out:

Here’s how I would approach this.
First off include my JS library of choice in my child theme’s header – so I can use it.
Then by using the Raw HTML and RAW JS elements recreate the code that the actual library needs in order to start animating. RAW HTML – for the SVG html element, then RAW JS for the JS code.
