Backgrounds not visible on Mobile

One the desktop site there is a video background and individual rows are styled with solid color backgrounds.

The static image and solid colors do not appear on my galaxy note5

How did you set the solid bgr color of the video Row?
If you provide me with a login user pass I could take a look…

The vendor of the plugin suggested you use a duplicate row that is only visible on mobile…
Would that be a solution for you at this point until they fix the other option:

The hide is not working as well. Is there a class handy to display or not on certain screen sizes?

Which hide is not working? Please let me know of the issue so I can forward it to them.
No such classes, you can create your own though and I can help you… for example:

@media only screen and (max-width: 768px) {
.hide_on_mobile {
display: none!important;
}
}

Is there any change this might get fixed soon? I have tried uninstalling the theme and reinstalling a fresh download, but it is still occurring. I do not have this problem on my other Fortuna sites.

Are you referring to the Galaxy Note issue or the hiding feature for mobile?
Let’s run some tests with the Latest VC and Parallax plugins?
