Give that a try – add a Text Block Element and inside of it place this:

[boc_blog_list]

That will create a blog listing on your page. If you want a sidebar you can split the row into columns and into one of the columns place a “Widgetised Sidebar” element and you are done! :)

Do I need to update something in the theme or plugins for this to work?

Currently I’m using WordPress 4.6.1 with a child theme of FortunaVersion: 1.50 and Visual Bakery Composer version 4.11.2 which I don’t seem to be able to update to the latest version because I don’t have a direct license for this (assume license doesn’t come with theme?).

Let me know what needs to be done to make this work.

Also is there a way to limit the listings to certain categories?
