I’m having trouble getting the contact form to work. it successfully appears in my inbox but the fields are not showing the results. it shows the shortcode but not the actual information.

Make sure the field names in the first tab where you actually build your form are equal to the name field in the Email you are getting that you setup in the second tab! ;)
