						<p>I have all of the PHP settings set up beyond the recommended settings and the import is still not working. Please help. I need to get this installed for my client. There is nothing that the hosting provider can do. All of the settings are maxed out.</p>

						<p>Yes. They are changed. I have never had this issue after raising all of the threshold on the 100+ websites that I have built.</p>
<p>Is there a faster form of communication for support than this? I can&#8217;t wait 2 days every time to get an answer as I am on a time constraint to get this site done for my client.</p>
<p>In the past, all of the other support systems allow me to send the link/username/password to fix the demo install issues if they have any. </p>

						<p>One way to be sure is to run the import on a local machine (with all limits being raised for sure), then create a Duplicator copy of the whole website which you then upload and run on your production server. As for the communication, I appologize for the delay but it&#8217;s a vacation season and we are running on a limited work-time schedule&#8230;</p>

						<p>Sure thing, I just tried the import too, the error you are getting isn&#8217;t a result of the limitations&#8230; This is what I got:</p>

The connection was reset.</p>
<p>I switched on error logging in your wp-config.php file, but no error get&#8217;s logged&#8230;<br />
You have to check the server logs at a lower level (your cpanel) or ask the hosting for the logs, so we know the actual reason for the failing operation. IT seems to happen pretty quick though so it should be a server error of some sort. Let me know so I can try to assist further.<br />
Btw is this a shared hosting or your own machine? Have you tried importing the demo locally?</p>
